Our General Meeting is held on the second Wednesday of every month.

The next General Meeting will be on 1-11-2012 Ellison Miles Geotechnology Institute (EMGI).  Brookhaven is located at 3939 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, (Dallas) Texas 75244.

January Meeting: Speaker Derek Main's topic is "The Royal Tyrrell Hadrosaur Symposium and the Arlington Archosaur Site Hadrosauroid."

Purpose of the Society The Dallas Paleontological Society was founded in 1984 for the purpose of promoting interest in and knowledge of the science of paleontology. It was intended by the founding members that the Society would be a network for the exchange of data between professionals and serious amateurs in this field.

Everyone is welcome to join the Society. No special skills or knowledge are required for membership. The Dallas Paleontological Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Tax exempt donations welcome.
