DPS Monthly Meeting for August on ZOOM

  • Wed, August 10, 2022
  • 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • ZOOM online

The Dallas Paleo Society will hold our monthly meeting for August on Wednesday, August 10, on ZOOM.  Our speaker for that meeting and the topic of his presentation is:

2022-08-10 Meeting - Matt Clemens, PhD, formerly of SMU.

He will talk about the Holland Farm nodosaur, which was found in Mansfield,  possibly in the topmost Woodbine or the lowermost Eagle Ford strata.  This is the specimen that is well dated by underlying and overlying bentonite (volcanic ash) beds.  He will be speaking remotely from the northeast somewhere.
