Online Registration for Vendors
FOSSILMANIA, Texas longest running fossil-specific trade show, is held at the Somervell Expo Center, 202 Bo Gibbs Blvd, W Hwy 67, Glen Rose, Texas 76043. As a fossil-specific trade show, vendors are asked to, please keep selection to a minimum of 75% fossil and paleontology related items (including, but not limited to, fossils, books, clothing, equipment, tools, etc.).
Setup begins at 6AM, Thursday, October 24. All vendors are asked to be set up and ready to go on Friday morning at 8AM as the local schools bring field trips of science students out during the first two hours of the day. Vendors are asked to plan to remain open until 4PM Sunday. Notification of cancellation must be received by 5PM, October 1, 2024, to receive a full refund of reservation.
Cost of Booth / Space Requirement
One standard 8-foot table is $75 for three days. Chairs are included. Additional tables may be purchased when registering.
A maximum of 6 tables is recommended for the best fit in the room, exceptions can be made. Unreserved tables may be made available at the date of show for standard rate. Tables may be reserved for paleontologically related organizations and programs, However, NOT for the sole purpose of advertising.
