FOSSILMANIA, Texas' longest running fossil-specific trade show, is held at The Expo at Glen Rose, 202
Bo Gibbs Road, Glen Rose, TX 76043.
As a fossil-specific show, vendors are asked to, please, limit table selections to 75% fossil or
paleontology related items (including, but not limited to, fossils, books, clothing, equipment, tools,
etc).
Set up will begin at 6 AM, Thursday, October 29, 2026 and ending promptly at 6 PM Thursday, October
29, 2026.
Vendors must be outside of th building by 6 PM. The Expo will charge $100 per hour after 6 PM.
All vendors are asked to be set-up and ready by 8 AM, Friday, October 30, as the local schools bring
field trips of science students the first two hours of the day. Vendors are asked to remain open until 4
PM , Sunday, November 1, 2026.
Full refund of reservation is available until 5 PM, Thursday, October 1, 2026.
FOSSILMANIA is a smoke-free event, a smoking area is available outside the rear of the Expo Center.
Pets are not allowed in the sales area.
Space is reserved in 8 foot units referred to as "tables". Regardless of your need for an actual table, the
space costs the same. 1 standard 8 foot table is $ 100 for all three days, 2 chairs per table are included.
Number of tables x $100 = Total cost for the show.
All reservations must be made online. You may make payments online using credit or debit cards, or
you can mail in a check.

When you register, you will be asked to provide your company name, address, phone number, email
address, website and social media to be shared with the public and/or used in a vendor directory. You
will also be asked for your name, address, phone number and email to be kept confidential.

The DPS is a group of professional and amateur paleontologists that want to exchange information, interact, and continue their education in paleontology. We meet once a month on the second Wednesday evening of the month at Brookhaven College, Building H.
